Today is the big day for the fans of Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya, one of the most loved onscreen couples of the Telugu film industry, as they are set to tie the knot in Goa. The wedding will happen according to Hindu and Christian rituals. A couple of pictures showing Chaitanya getting ready to wed his long-time sweet-heart Samantha has surfaced on social media. The bride-to-be shared a picture of Chaitanya, who can be seen engrossed in writing his wedding vows. "My cutie writing his vows," she captioned it, "the best." Presumably, the Premam actor was writing vows for his upcoming Church wedding that will happen on Saturday. Chaitanya's father Nagarjuna Akkineni also took to Twitter to share a picture that is worth a thousand words. "Our boy is now a bridegroom!! #chaisam," read the caption, where we can see Chaitanya was planked by his father Nagarjuna and uncle Victory Venkatesh. Like a happy father, Nagarjuna who is waiting for Samantha to join the family shared another photo of his son and wrote, "Waiting for @Samanthaprabhu2 ❤️ joining the family this evening." The couple will first marry on Friday in Hindu style. "In my head, I am married to him already, so I think everyone else is more excited than the both of us," she said. After years of courtship, Samantha and Chaitanya got engaged in a star-studded affair in Hyderabad in January. The couple met on the sets of 2010 film Ye Maaya Chesave and instantly hit it off and ever since then they have been giving their fans serious relationship-goals. The wedding is a grand affair attended by nearly 150 guests consisting of only close family members and friends of the couple. However, a lavish wedding reception will be held in Hyderabad for everyone else and the date for the same will be announced soon.
