Superstar Nagarjuna and his wife Amala Akkineni’s son Akhil Akkineni got married to Zainab Ravdjee in an intimate traditional ceremony in Hyderabad, on Friday. After the simple wedding event, the Akkineni family hosted a grand reception, which was a star-studded affair. Several celebrities from the South film industry were in attendance to bless the newlyweds – including, Ram Charan, Yash, Mahesh Babu, and others.

Photos from the lavish event were shared on the official Instagram handle of Annapurna Studios. In the pictures, Akhil was seen in a white tuxedo, while his wife Zainab opted for a peach gown, along with layered diamond necklaces. In one of the posts, the entire family can be seen posing for a perfect group picture together, including the groom’s brother Naga Chaitanya, and his wife Sobhita Dhulipala.

Several other celebs joined the celebration as guests and posed on the stage with the newlywed couple – Ram Charan, his wife Upasana Konidela, Mahesh Babu, his wife Namrata and daughter Sitara, Yash, Suriya, Nani, Kiccha Sudeepa, Adivi Sesh, and producer Allu Aravind.

Akhil Akkineni’s wife Zainab Ravdjee is the daughter of industrialist Zulfi Ravdjee. The couple had been dating each other for a while, but decided to keep their relationship under wraps. They tied the knot in a private event, but it was also attended by stars Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, and Prashanth Neel, among others.

Actor Nagarjuna had shared the news of their wedding with fans along with a bunch of happy photos of his son Akhil on X. He wrote, “With immense joy, Amala and I are delighted to share that our dear son has married his beloved Zainab in a beautiful ceremony (3:35 am) at our home, where our hearts belong. We watched a dream come true surrounded by love, laughter, and those dearest to us. We seek your blessings as they begin this new journey together. With love and gratitude.”
