Hrithik Roshan’s ‘favourite co-star’ Jr NTR says Devara 2 is happening: ‘There are voices suggesting that it isn’t happening but…’

“Firstly, thank you for appreciating Devara: Part 1, and making it such a massive success. There are voices suggesting that Devara: Part 2 isn’t happening. All I want to tell all of them is that Devara 2 will certainly happen. Just that, there are a few other commitments in place. Now, I am working with Prashanth Neel, and after that, we would do Devara 2,” said Jr NTR to loud cheers and whistles.

In the same event, Jr NTR also spoke about his commitment with Sithara Entertainments’ Naga Vamsi for a project. There were speculations that Jailer director Nelson would be working with Jr NTR after completing the sequel to the Rajinikanth-starrer multistarrer. “I will let Vamsi deal with the fans when the announcement of our project is out. It is upto him to deal with all of that,” said Jr NTR.

With Dragon scheduled for a release in 2026, the only release for Jr NTR in 2025 will be War 2. In a recent interaction, Hrithik was asked about his favourite co-star, and pat came the reply, “My favourite co-star is… Jr NTR. We have done something great, and we can’t wait you to see what we have done. The film will be out on August 14.”
