Chiranjeevi’s next film titled Vishwambhara, set to hit screens on Makar Sankranthi 2025

Chiranjeevi is bringing his costliest film to date to big screens in 2025, and its first glimpse will leave you spellbound.

The title and the first promo of Megastar Chiranjeevi‘s next, which was initially called #Mega156, was unveiled on Monday. With a video taking the viewers into a mythical space, it was announced the film has been titled Vishwambhara. It will be released on Makar Sankranthi 2025.

The video begins with someone locking a magical box that accidentally falls and later passes through a black hole and crashes into an asteroid. After several hurdles, this box reaches Earth, following which a large statue of Lord Hanuman is shown. Later, the film’s title, Vishwambhara, is revealed.

Vishwambhara is directed by Vassishta and bankrolled by UV Creations. The film is said to be Chiranjeevi’s costliest to date. The music of the movie is composed by Oscar-winner MM Keeravaani.

Other crew members include cinematographer Chota K Naidu, production designer AS Prakash, costume designer Sushmita Konidela, editors Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao and Santhosh Kamireddy, lyricists Sri Siva Shakthi Datta and Chandrabose, and script associates Srinivas Gavireddy, Ganta Sridhar, Nimmagadda Srikanth and Mayukh Adithya.

Currently, Vishwambhara is in the initial stages of shooting.
