Shark Tank India 3 promo: New season to have 12 sharks; show to start streaming from this date

The promo of Shark Tank India Season 3 was released on Friday. The popular TV reality show will have 12 'sharks' in the judges' panel this season.

The new season of the popular TV reality show Shark Tank India will soon start streaming on SonyLIV. The makers recently shared a new promo of the show on social media. Along with the promo, the show’s release date was also unveiled. It will start streaming from January 22.

The promo of Shark Tank India Season 3 begins with a young man leaving his corporate job to begin his start-up journey. His bosses try to stop him by telling him the cons of working at a start-up, but he is determined to start his own business. The promo ends with the young man pitching his business idea to the judges of Shark Tank India, along with his co-founder. The promo has been shared with the caption, “#ThankYouBoss Shark Tank India Season 3, streaming from 22nd January on Sony LIV.”

Hosted by Rahul Dua, the third season of the show will have Aman Gupta (Co-Founder and CMO of boAt), Amit Jain (CEO and Co-founder of CarDekho Group, InsuranceDekho.com), Anupam Mittal (Founder and CEO of Shaadi.com – People Group), Namita Thapar (Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals LTD), and Vineeta Singh (Co-Founder and CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics), and Peyush Bansal (Co-founder and CEO of Lenskart.com) return to the judges’ panel.

The new additions this season are Ritesh Agarwal (Founder and CEO of OYO Rooms), Deepinder Goyal (Founder and CEO of Zomato), Azhar Iqubal (Co-Founder and CEO of Inshorts), Radhika Gupta (MD & CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund), and Varun Dua (Founder and CEO of ACKO) and Ronnie Screwvala (Co-Founder and Chairperson of UpGrad).

Shark Tank India was first launched in December 2020 and became a success on television. It made conversations about start-ups and entrepreneurship regular among households. The second season of the show, which aired in 2022, was also a hit among audiences.
