In the upcoming series, Alex will give up FBI and join CIA, but only to come across many more conspiracies and unexpected turn of events. She will also find herself in an awkward spot when she will come face to face with her friends from FBI, considering FBI and CIA are not in good terms. This means fans can expect a turmoil in Alex's life, not just professionally, but on personal front too. According to reports, the new season will reignite love between Alex and Ryan Booth, played by actor Jake McLaughlin, too.
