There were reports that Pracchi Desai had been roped in for the most controversial reality TV show “Bigg Boss 9”.

“Rock On!” star Pracchi Desai has confirmed that she has not been offered to be a part of the ninth season of celebrity reality show “Bigg Boss”.

There were reports that the 26-year-old actress had been roped in for the show, which sees a group of celebrities holed up in a house for three months with multiple cameras watching their every move.

“The news is completely untrue and baseless. I was never approached by Bigg Boss and I am not a part of it,” Pracchi said in a statement.

The actress, who started off her career in showbiz with TV soap “Kasamh Se”, was last seen in Sanjay Dutt-starrer film “Policegiri”. Pracchi will star next in “Rock On! 2”.

“Bigg Boss”, which is back with its ninth season, has Salman Khan as the show’s host. He had been hosting the Colors show from past five seasons.
