Actor Vikas Sethi, 48, died Saturday night after he suffered a cardiac arrest at his residence in Mumbai.

TV actor Vikas Sethi, known for shows like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahiin Toh Hoga, and Kasautii Zindagi, Kay passed away on Saturday night. As per reports, the 48-year-old actor suffered a cardiac arrest at his residence in Mumbai.

Vikas Sethi was a heartthrob of the 2000s who played some great characters on the small screen. Other than starring in popular Ekta Kapoor shows, Vikas also featured in daily soaps like Kyun Hota Hai Pyar, Uttaran, Geet Hui Sabse Parayee and Sasural Simar Ka. The actor was also seen opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan in Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham. He played the role of Robbie in the film. Vikas had also starred in Deepak Tijori’s Oops.

Vikas Sethi was quite a loving husband and a doting father. His last post on Instagram was made in May where he was seen with his mother.

Reacting to his demise, actor Hiten Tejwani shared joining hands emojis, while Navina Bole wrote RIP. Suyyash Rai commented “Yaar” with a broken heart emoji. Aalim Hakim also commented, “OMG… sad news.. May his soul rest in peace.” Rakhi Sawant wrote, “Can’t believe this, shocking!”

Vikas Sethi is survived by his wife Jhanvi Sethi and his twin sons who he welcomed in 2021.
