Captioned as ‘First plan and play victim. My side of the story which everyone should know…’, Elvish narrated his side of the story in a long video on Instagram. He even expressed disappointment over the Indian audience judging him based on one side of the story. Elvish said in the video, “A few videos have been going viral, you must have seen me beating Maxtern in it, basis that you all declared me a culprit and a crook. I want to clear everything up, I would like to tell the Indian audience that you’ll are very emotional, you’ll declare a judgment listening to one side of the story and pick a side. But I have the right to tell my story too…”
Elvish then went on to say that Maxtern had been poking him on social media for eight months. He said he decided to meet the YouTube content creator in person to sort things out. While Elvish asked Maxtern to come home, the latter went ahead and shared screenshots of their chat on social media and provoked him with some threatening remarks.

Recalling them, Elvish says in the video, “I told him to meet me around midnight once I landed in Delhi, I had sent him the location of my home on WhatsApp. I told him guests are treated like gods at our home and I would never beat him in my home. I told him not to be scared. But Maxtern made some statements about my family and threatened to burn me and my parents alive. I abused him over this and told him I would come and meet him wherever he was.”
Elvish later went on to say that Maxtern had staged the entire incident by stationing hidden cameras at a garment shop where they met and orchestrated the incident only to gain publicity. He even apologized in the video for his actions. Though Maxtern has suffered some injuries, he filed an FIR against Elvish pressing charges of attempt to murder. As per reports, a case has been registered against Elvish and eight others, who have been asked to appear at the police station on Tuesday (March 12).
Before this incident, Elvish was in the news last month for possession of an illegal Cobra venom. In January, he made headlines for slapping a man at a restaurant.
