After the success of the 2012 hit, Akshay Kumar-Sonakshi Sinha starrer, Rowdy Rathore, plans are afoot to make a sequel. Co-produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Shabina Khan, the duo are working on taking the franchise ahead. Except for the script, details about when the film is likely to go on the floors, or the female lead and the rest of the star cast have yet to be finalised. Confirms Shabina Khan, “Yes, we are definitely planning to make the sequel. We were on the lookout for a good story, and I have just found an interesting one and we are working on the script. Details about when we will start shooting, or the star cast, nothing has been finalised.”
