Carry On Jatta 3 trailer: Gippy Grewal transfers familiar plot to London for the third installment

Apart from Gippy and Sonam, Carry on Jatta 3 also stars Binnu Dhillon, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Jaswinder Bhalla, Karamjit Anmol, Kavita Kaushik, and BN Sharma.

Carry on Jatta 3 is scheduled to hit screens on June 29.

The third installment of the popular Punjabi film franchise Carry On Jatta is set to release soon. On Tuesday, the makers released the trailer of Carry On Jatta 3. Much like the first two films, the ensemble cast of the movie is reprising their roles with a few new additions to the cast. This time too, the plot revolves around Gippy Grewal’s character and his shenanigans whilst trying to get married to the woman he loves, played by Sonam Bajwa.

The trailer shows that unlike the previous two films, which were set in Punjab, this one is set in London. Once again, Gippy’s character has fallen in love but getting married is no piece of cake for him. Directed by Smeep Kang, the movie is scheduled to hit screens on June 29.

Previously, Gippy Grewal and his team had assisted the team of Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chadha to work on the actor’s Punjabi dialect in the film.

Later, Gippy told DNA that he had suggested the film’s team to re-dub the lines. “My team including Rana Ranbir (actor-writer) helped them in penning Punjabi dialogues. But once I saw the rushes of the film, I suggested they should re-dub for getting the right Punjabi. They agreed with me, but they didn’t change it,” he said.
