At the audio launch of highly anticipated Kamal Haasan-starrer ‘Uttama Villain’ here March 1, Attakalari dance artists from Bangalore are expected to wow audiences with their live performance.

“Attakalari artists from Bangalore will perform live at the audio launch. It will be one of the biggest attractions of the event, which will take place at Trade Centre,” a source from the film’s unit told IANS.

In the film, which is directed by Ramesh Arvind, Kamal plays a Theyyam dance artist of the 8th century. He also plays a modern-day superstar.

“The makers are planning for a gala of an event with several live performances amidst a large gathering,” added the source.

The film stars Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Parvathi Menon, Parvathy Nair, Jayaram and Urvashi in important roles.

Haasan’s mentor K. Balachander along with legendary filmmaker K. Vishwanath are also part of the film, which is expected to release during April.
