BTS’ RM pens emotional note for ARMY, says he is adjusting well at his military base: ‘Have been resting a little’

The singer continued, “I believe that it will be another place of learning and experiences. Whenever, wherever, always be healthy. And I hope that you will experience a lot more good things than bad things. Hoping that our connection will continue to go on, I hope you receive a lot of New Year blessings!”

All seven BTS members have officially joined the South Korean military and are currently undergoing their service. RM and V enlisted with the army  in December 2023. Jimin and Jungkook followed suit the next day. Jin was the first of the BTS members to start his military service in December 2022.

RM had previously opened up about the ‘BTS reunion’ and had said, “These days, when I’m doing my solo projects, this is just like a vacation to get back to where I was, which was BTS and ARMY. So, all the solo [work] is just a journey, but it is a very important journey for chapter two. It’s a journey to get back home safe, eventually, when we get back and reunite together in 2025.”
