Sookshmadarshini trailer: Basil Joseph and Nazriya Nazim must beware of their neighbours
Sookshmadarshini trailer: While the promo video keeps the Basil Joseph and Nazriya Nazim-starrer's central plot under wraps, it promises an exhilarating ride.

Sookshmadarshini trailer: “How well do you know your neighbours?” Nope, this isn’t a question asked to suggest that you should be more social and befriend your neighbours. The sole point behind it is, are you absolutely sure your neighbours are as nice as they seem, or could their pleasant demeanour be a mask hiding something shady? What if there’s a side to them you’ve never seen? And what happens if you accidentally uncover that hidden face?
Priyadharshini (Nazriya Nazim) finds herself in exactly such a predicament as her new neighbour, Manuel (Basil Joseph) — described by others as “a fine gentleman with a childlike, innocent laugh” — appears to be concealing something in his home. Priyadharshini’s innate curiosity and nosiness soon lead her into a web of startling discoveries about him.

The official trailer of the highly anticipated Sookshmadarshini (Microscope) has arrived, teasing a rollercoaster comedy-thriller filled with laughs and suspense. The 158-second promo video begins by showing Manuel moving in next door to Priyadharshini. While Manuel undoubtedly comes across as shady, Priyadharshini herself isn’t entirely above board and has a talent for even making fake certificates. Though she doesn’t interact with Manuel directly, her relentless stalking — through windows and from her backyard — leads her to observe increasingly strange behaviour in him, setting the stage for unexpected twists.
As the trailer progresses, we see snippets of a crime scene being meticulously cleaned to remove bloodstains, Priyadharshini peering through a parapet wall in her quest for answers and even a fiery blaze engulfing a room. While the promo video keeps the movie’s central plot under wraps, it promises an exhilarating ride.
