Pet Detective trailer: The trailer of Sharaf U Dheen’s comedy film Pet Detective, which will hit screens on October 16, was unveiled on Thursday. The promo promises a fun, eccentric twist on the detective genre. In Pet Detective, Sharaf U Dheen plays Private Detective Tony Jose Alula, a quirky investigator who never misses a chance to mention that he once worked in Mexico. We get glimpses of the detective and a police officer investigating a series of bizarre occurrences. The trailer also hints at a plot involving international smuggling, child trafficking, and a mysterious item valued at ₹30 crore. Sharaf U Dheen had earlier spoken about the conception of Pet Detective. He said, “One of my friends, who was a pet owner, lost his pet recently. All of us friends got together and put out messages across social media to find the missing pet, and we found it.
