This one hides many. Mirage streaming from October 20th only on Sony LIV." Mirage revolves around an investigative journalist who is forced to join forces with a woman on the lookout for her missing fiancé. The film has been described as Jeethu Joseph’s return to the thriller genre, evoking comparisons to his acclaimed works such as Memories and the Drishyam films. However, the movie underperformed at the box office, with critics citing patchy execution as a key factor. An excerpt from SCREEN's review of Mirage read, "In the Asif Ali and Aparna Balamurali-starer, director Jeethu Joseph has tried to inflate a wafer-thin plot and an equally papery script by slipping in ineffectual twists very frequently."
