View this post on Instagram A post shared by Mammootty (@mammootty) Vasudhev Menon will be playing the role of a police officer who is the ACP of Cochin city and will be seen fighting alongside Mammootty to defeat a 'daredevil antagonist'. The narrative has been successfully kept under wraps, but it seems to revolve around a proverbial game in which the ultimate objective is salvation. Mammootty's character Mr Nobody is heard saying in the video, "In our journey ahead, if we come across rivals, one thing becomes clear: the path and direction we’ve chosen are correct." The plot as described on IMDb reads, "A cop (Menon) and a businessman (Mammootty) teaming up for a mission to capture a psychopath through a series of elaborate games to track him down. Backed by Yoodle Films and Theatre of Dreams, the trailer of the film promises a fast-paced thriller with Mammootty delivering exciting action sequences. "Who are you really?" asks the character played by Hakkim Shah to Mr Nobody towards the end of the promo video. However, the latter refrains from giving an answer, hinting that there's more to him than just a name Both Menon and Mammootty were last seen together in Dominic and the Ladies' Purse, and the former even mentioned how he still had a hangover from the film and his desire to work with Mammootty. "If only I could move on from my films, life would be so easy. In fact, I am still in the Dominic hangover. The thing is you have to let go and move on, and it is a problem if you don’t. I get very personal with my films. I get involved with the actor, and honestly, I don’t want to let Mammootty sir go." The actor shared the challenges he faced during the shooting of Bazooka and said, "There was a lot of internalising because the film was in sync sound. It was quite the learning process." Bazooka will face tough competition at the box office right out of the gate as it clashes with Basil Joseph’s Maranamass, Naslen’s Alappuzha Gymkhana, Ajith Kumar's Good Bag Ugly (Tamil) and Sunny Deol's Jaat (Hindi).
