Set to debut exclusively on OTT platform Peacock on January 11, 2024, the series is poised to unravel the formative years of the dynamic duo–the foul-mouthed and sentient stuffed bear Ted and his human friend John Bennett.

In contrast to the original Ted films that delved into the enduring camaraderie between a relatively-old Ted (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) and the adult John Bennett (Mark Wahlberg), the upcoming series focuses on their school days, chronicling the pair’s mischievous escapades during their teenage years. The narrative unfolds in 1993 as Ted, brought to life by MacFarlane’s distinctive voice, moves in with a 16-year-old John, portrayed by the talented Max Burkholder.
