Taylor Swift recently appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she shared behind-the-scenes details of her dreamy engagement with Travis Kelce. She revealed how Travis used his podcast New Heights as a distraction to prevent Taylor from looking out at his house's garden, which had been transformed into a “magical fairy garden” with flowers for his proposal to the singer. Taylor shares BTS details of Travis’ dreamy proposal Talking about her fiancé, Taylor said, "He is the favourite person I have ever met, no offence to anyone else. But the fact that this is the person you get to hang out everyday, that's the whole thing." Sharing details about the proposal, she said, "I think the Podcast was just a ruse for him to keep me not looking out at the window. He would never put blackout drapes when he does the podcast but when we shot the podcast, he put blackout drapes on every single window of the house." Since the preparation for the proposal was happening right outside the window, Taylor revealed that she could sense the tension building up in Travis. “I realised he was walking around kind of nervous about the podcast. He told me, 'I know how much this means to you.' because we have been talking for sometime about doing a podcast together and announcing my album. He told me his heart was racing. He I’d never seen this dude nervous. He’s a professional non-nervous person," she recalled. Jimmy chimed in, "Of course he wasn't nervous about the podcast." "He then asked me if I want to go to the garden and have a glass of wine and then I realised why all the windows were covered," she said.
