Actor Liam Neeson is set to star in Oscar-winner Martin Scorsese’s historical drama ‘Silence’ opposite Andrew Garfield and Ken Watanabe.

The 61-year-old actor will play a priest, who landed in Japan over a decade ago and has gone missing, reported Variety.

‘Silence’ tells the story of Father Rodrigues, a 17th century Portuguese Jesuit, who headed to Japan with a fellow priest to discover whether his mentor left the church.
