No words were shared on the terms of the deal that both stars have agreed on but it is said they would cite irreconcilable differences as the cause of their divorce and they would share joint custody of their children, Apple and Moses, reported TMZ.

The former couple “have been using their business managers to hash out a settlement agreement involving both property and custody” and so will be having the documents filed “later Monday.”

Sources close to both of them said both entertainers had signed the agreement and were waiting for the paperwork to be
signed by the judge to make their divorce a done deal.

The “Iron Man” actress, 42, and the 38-year-old Coldpaly singer got married in 2003 after their first meeting the year before. The pair confirmed their separation in March last year.
