The 29-year-old runway queen announced the engagement to the businessman after a year of dating, reported Ace Showbiz.

“We are pleased to announce the supermodel Bar Refaeli is engaged to her boyfriend Adi Ezra,” her representative confirmed.

The couple was reportedly introduced by mutual friends last year.

The lovebirds have got lovey dovey on Instagram since they began dating.

As the engagement news broke out, the bride-to-be posted on Instagram a framed black-and-white picture of her kissing her fiance.

Refaeli once dated “Baywatch” actor David Charvet. She hooked up with Leonardo DiCaprio following his split from model Gisele Bundchen.

After an on-and-off relationship, Refaeli and DiCaprio later broke up in 2011.
