The makers on Monday released the first full trailer of the upcoming Sara Ali Khan and Vicky Kaushal romantic-comedy, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. The promo shows a glimpse of the family entertainer in which a happy marriage is followed by a decision to separate.

While most of the Zara Hatke Zara Bachke trailer has a ‘been there and done that’ feel about it, the best thing about the video is that it doesn’t reveal the entire storyline, which is often the case with such clips. As the trailer begins, we see a heartwarming romance take place between the characters of Kapil and Saumya, played by Vicky and Sara, respectively. However, things take a dramatic turn when it is revealed that the two do not want to stay together anymore.

The movie, despite its familiarity in terms of presentation and background score, promises an interesting take on relationships. The voiceover of the trailer has been done by Pankaj Tripathi, but it is not clear if Tripathi will make an appearance in the feature. Zara Hatke Zara Bachke has been helmed by Laxman Utekar, who had previously directed Kriti Sanon-led Mimi. The film has been bankrolled by Dinesh Vijan.

The clip was shared with a description that read, “Romantic? Ya dramatic? Kya lagta hai aapko, kaisi hone waali hai humari kahani? 🤔 #ZaraHatkeZaraBachke Trailer Out tomorrow. In cinemas on June 2, 2023.”

Zara Hatke Zara Bachke marks the first collaboration of leading stars Sara and Vicky, who were last seen in OTT releases Gaslight and Govinda Naam Mera, respectively.
