Yash says wife Radhika Pandit never asks him ‘how much money’ he makes: ‘It is very difficult for me’

“Radhika has been my biggest strength and always supported me. We both have grown up together. I see her as my friend, wife later. Kids and wife and all of it is there but as a friend and life partner she knows what I really enjoy. One thing is, she has never asked me ‘what did we get from this film?’ or how much money you made. She’s never asked me whether it is a good choice or a bad choice. All she asks me is ‘are you happy?’ I know it may come across as too good to be true but that’s the truth.”

Yash says that Radhika’s unwavering trust allows him to make unconventional career choices without hesitation. He also shared that Radhika’s sole expectations from him are “attention and time,” but it  is often challenging due to his demanding schedule. He said, “It is very difficult for me. But it becomes my responsibility and I try my best, and that’s my strength. Otherwise it is very difficult for a crazy person like me to just go and do things in, you know, wherever… I am ready to risk whatever I have for my goal or passion.”

Without Radhika’s backing, Yash believes it would have been difficult for him to pursue his passions. Fortunately, his family encourages him to take risks and prioritize happiness. “All of them want me to do things the way I want and to enjoy myself in the process,” he added.

Yash and Radhika Pandit, a popular and well-paid Kannada actress, tied the knot on December 9, 2016, and have two children together. She last appeared in Kannada romantic comedy film Aadi Lakshmi Puraana in 2019. After their marriage and having kids Radhika has taken a break from work. On the other hand Yash became a pan India star after the success of KGF 1 and 2, he will next be seen in Toxic.
