When a fan asked Imran Khan to park her car, recognised the star later: ‘Door opens and this girl charges out’
Imran Khan recalled when a fan asked him to park her car and recognised him later. He recalled this as one of his favourite fan moments.

Actor Imran Khan’s fan following grew with every romantic comedy he did, making him one of the most popular actors before he decided to take a break from films. With films like Break Ke Baad, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, his popularity increased internationally too. Recalling his favourite memory with a fan, Imran said that a female fan once requested him to park her car only to later realise who he was.
During an interview with Vogue India, Imran said that this amusing incident took place in London when he was casually strolling down the street and saw someone struggling with parallel parking.
Imran, who was recently seen at cousin Ira Khan’s wedding said, “I was walking down a street in London and I could see this car going back and forth and back and forth, trying to parallel park. Door opens and this girl charges out,
‘Can you please help me park my car?’ I take the keys from her and as I am getting in, there is another girl in the passenger seat, who gets out.”
Further narrating the episode, an amused Imran said, “All of that is happening while I back the car into its spot and I get out and she’s like ‘Thank you. Thank you… are you?’ and I said, ‘yes’ and she goes, ‘oh my God, Oh my God it’s you’.”
Imran, who was last seen with Kangana Ranaut in Katti Batti, moved away from films after experiencing a major low in his life. In an interview with Vogue, he spoke about wanting to be the best version of himself and how his daughter Imara helped him realise it. “I had recently become a father and thought, ‘This is valuable. This is something I take seriously.’ I wanted to be the best version of myself for Imara.” And this made him realise his actual goal in life. “I decided it was no longer my job to be an actor. Now, I had to fix myself; be at my healthiest and strongest for my daughter,” said the actor.
Imran’s Instagram account has a strong following of fans as he keeps everyone engaged with trivia from his old films. While there is no official news of his comeback to films, the actor’s increased presence in front of the paparazzi has hinted at an announcement soon.
