Virat Kohli shares he had ‘most chilled-out birthday’ with Anushka Sharma and children Vamika-Akaay: ‘When you have kids…’

When asked about his recent birthday celebrations, the star cricketer told Gaurav Kapoor at the event, “I don’t know about being wiser, but I am older for sure.” He added, “This was probably the most chilled-out birthday I have had through all these years. It was just Anushka (Sharma) and our two kids at home. It was very relaxed.”

He then added, his birthday was more about his daughter Vamika. “This birthday was basically for my daughter. Happens so when you have kids”, said Virat Kohli.

Previously, talking to former cricketer Robin Uthappa about his daughter Vamika, Virat Kohli said, “You would be so rigid for so many other things, but when it comes to that little human, you are like ‘BAM’.” To this Robin replied, “So we know that Vamika has got him around her little finger.” To which Virat quickly replied, “Always.”

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma mostly reside in London with visits to India for events and matches. The couple tied the knot in 2017 after dating for several years. In 2021, they welcomed their first child, a daughter, Vamika Kohli. This year, the couple welcomed their second baby, a boy, Akaay Kohli. Anushka gave birth to Akaay in London and has stayed away from movies since her 2018 release, Zero, also starring Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
