Vicky Kaushal says couldn’t have asked for a better companion than Katrina Kaif: ‘Living with someone is a learning experience’

Actors Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, the power couple of Bollywood, can’t help but express their admiration for each other. The duo dated for some time before sealing their love in a dreamy wedding ceremony in Rajasthan in December 2021. The intimate yet grand event was attended by their close family and friends. Now, after completing a year and a half of marriage, Vicky has opened up about his enriching experience of living with Katrina.

In a heartfelt conversation with Bombay Times, Vicky talked about how he and Katrina have developed an understanding and established a common ground. He said that he has evolved beautifully. He called living with someone a continuous learning experience and when two people come together, they create a common ground of understanding, meeting halfway, and embarking on a beautiful journey together. He called theirs an incredibly exciting and enriching experience. He said he has learned that it is not just about his perspectives, opinions, or schedules, but about the union of two individuals. He said he couldn’t have asked for a better companion than Katrina to live this journey.

The couple’s love story started to blossom when they first connected at Zoya Akhtar’s party. Katrina had candidly confessed her admiration for Vicky to Zoya at the time. Later, during her appearance on Koffee with Karan in 2022, Katrina stated that marrying Vicky was her destiny. She said, “It was my destiny, and it was really meant to be. There were so many coincidences that at one point, all of it just felt so unreal.”

On the professional front, Vicky was last seen in Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, alongside Sara Ali Khan. He has a lineup of exciting films, including Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Bahadur, Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, Anand Tiwari’s Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam, and Vijay Krishna Acharya’s The Great Indian Family. Meanwhile, Katrina has Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 and Merry Christmas in the pipeline.
