Veteran Actor Dilip Kumar recovering well, say doctors

Veteran actor Dilip Kumar, who was admitted at Lilavati hospital last week, after he suffered from fever and vomiting, is now likely to get discharged soon with all his medical parameters stable.

According to doctors treating him at the hospital, the 93-year-old actor is out of intensive care unit and “on the road to recovery”. “It is old-age related health problems. But now, he is both clinically and physically stable,” said pulmonologist Dr Jalil Parker.

Kumar has been diagnosed with pneumonia and required ventilator support on April 16 when he developed fever.
