‘Kai Po Che’ actor Sushant Singh Rajput is all set to play Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in a biopic on the skipper. The biopic was facing some hurdles earlier, but its first look was finally unveiled with Sushant Singh wearing a Dhoni jersey.
The film, titled M S Dhoni, will be directed by Neeraj Pandey of ‘A Wednesday’ and ‘Special 26’ fame.
There were reports earlier that skipper MS Dhoni was charging a whopping amount to give his nod on the film. Secondly, the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) had also objected to the biopic.
However, after the success of a film on world champion Mary Kom, the film seem to be on track and ‘M. S. Dhoni’s first look was unveiled.
