Tigmanshu Dhulia keen to promote talent from India’s hinterland

Tigmanshu Dhulia plans to promote talent from remote areas of the country.

National Award winning director Tigmanshu Dhulia, best known for his films “Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster” and “Paan Singh Tomar”, now plans to promote talent from remote areas of the country.

This is something that he has been wanting to do for the creative medium under his banner Tigmanshu Dhulia Films.

Dhulia’s core team would visit the interiors of the states to discover new talent, and the filmmaker also plans to have workshops for them.

Talking about it, he said in a statement: “We are definitely going to execute this. We are currently planning the states which our team would visit and we would be keeping workshops as well.

“We need to explore more talent and help them with a platform. We are looking for writers, actors and I’ll be involved with the whole process.”
