‘Three Musketeers’ Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhay Deol reunite; fans demand ZNMD 2

What if Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol and Farhan Akhtar return for another film, after almost 14 years of their first collaboration Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara? The whole of internet is thinking the same after Farhan Akhtar teased a movie with the trio. On Wednesday, the Dil Chahta Hai filmmaker shared a video featuring himself along with Hrithik and Abhay. The video ends with the novel The Three Musketeers. This has attracted a lot of response from their fans, who want to see the trio on screen again.
On Friday, Farhan Akhtar shared a video, which showed Abhay Deol smiling, it panned towards Hrithik Roshan, who was heard saying, “unbelievable”. The video finally pans towards Farhan Akhtar, who says “outstanding”. In the background, the filmmaker put the iconic Senorita song from Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Sharing the video, he tagged his sister in the caption and wrote: “Zoya Akhtar do you see the signs?”
Reacting to the possibility of the three stars reuniting for a new film, a fan wrote, “Make ZNMD 2 happennn Zoya.” Mismatched actor Rohit Saraf too dropped a comment and requested, “Make it happen please!”

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara producer Ritesh Sidhwani too dropped a comment and said: “Let’s do this my Buoys!” He even tagged the three stars in his comment. Zoya Akhtar replied to his brother’s caption and said: “Yes. The universe is talking to me.”
Other fans wrote: “Can’t wait for ZNMD part 2”, “Want to see them again”, “By now we should be waiting for third installment, do it already.”
Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, released in 2011, was made on a budget of Rs 45 crore. The story of three childhood friends going on a road trip together became quite a hit among the audience. Eventually, becoming a cult classic. The film directed by Zoya Akhtar was produced by Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani.
