Suniel Shetty buys a property worth Rs 8.01 crore with son Ahan Shetty in Mumbai: report
Suniel Shetty also owns a beautiful farmhouse in Khandala, and a luxury property in Prithvi Apartments in Mumbai.

Suniel Shetty recently purchased a 1200 feet property worth Rs 8.01 crore along with his son Ahan Shetty in Mumbai. According to Square Yards, the property is located in the Khar area. The transaction was finalised in October 2024 and included a stamp duty fee of Rs 40.08 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya Shetty and her husband, cricketer KL Rahul, have previously bought properties in this area. In July, Suniel Shetty’s daughter and son-in-law bought an apartment in Pali Hill worth Rs 20 crore, according to IndexTap.com. The property of 3,350 sq ft is located on the second floor of the ground-plus-18 floors of Sandhu Palace building. The couple paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.20 crore and registration fee of Rs 30,000.
Apart from these, Suniel Shetty owns a farmhouse in Khandala, which is a two-hour drive from Mumbai. It is situated in a gated neighbourhood of high-end villas. He also owns a property in Prithvi Apartments in Mumbai on Altamont Road. It is one of the most exclusive addresses in Mumbai.
Previously, the actor had revealed in an interview with comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa that his father bought all the buildings where he worked as a waiter and manager. “His boss bought three buildings, and dad was eventually asked to manage them. When the boss retired, dad bought all three buildings. Today, I still have all three buildings. And that’s where our journey began,” he said.
In the same chat, he also spoke about his farmhouse and said, “People today say, ‘You must see Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse,’ I built it 16 years ago! Back then, its financial valuation was perhaps (nothing) but my idea was to grow up with my children, Athiya and Ahan, to spend time with them over the weekend, do farming, all the trees there are planted by us. What had rocks before, there are more than 400 trees there. The house was built for this. That it is valuable now is a different story,” he added.
