Happy Bhag Jayegi sequel: Sonakshi Sinha joins Diana Penty in this rom-com

Titled Happy Bhaag Jayegi Returns, the film will also star Punjabi singer and actor, Jassi Gill. Punjabi stars Diljit Dosanjh and Gippy Grewal have already made a mark in Hindi films and it looks like the doors for more actors from the region have been opened.

Jassi had shared this news on Twitter with the caption, “Bollywood Here I Come 😍

The first film starred three male actors so it is yet to be seen if there will be more actors coming on board for this one.

Diana Penty was last seen in Farhan Akhtar-starrer Lucknow Central and Sinha was last seen in Noor earlier this year. Sonakshi is currently doing the reality show, Om Shanti Om, along with Baba Ramdev, Shekhar Ravijani & Kanika Kapoor.

The film goes on floors today and if the response of the last film is anything to go by, this one will be welcomed by the viewers as well.
