Sonakshi Sinha gives playback chance to Indian Idol Junior contestant in ‘Akira’

Nahid Afrin recently performed on the song ‘Zara Si Dil Mein’ from the film ‘Jannat’ which managed to impress all the judges including Sonakshi Sinha.

The actress, who showered praises on Nahid, requested her to sing for ‘Akira’ and was more than happy when the little girl immediately agreed. Interestingly, Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani are the composers of ‘Akira’ and Vishal is also the judge of Indian Idol Junior.

Speculations are also on the rise that Sonakshi Sinha will be making her singing debut in this A R Murugadoss’ directorial. However, the actress yet hasn’t arrived on a decision regarding it. Produced by Fox Star Studios, ‘Akira’ also stars Amit Sadh and Shatrughan Sinha in pivotal roles
