Sky Force box office collection day 6: Akshay Kumar’s film flies towards Rs 100 crore mark despite nosediving during weekdays

Sky Force Box Office Collection Day 6: Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya‘s military drama Sky Force was released to mixed reviews on Friday. However, word of mouth for the film picked up in the following days, helping it deliver impressive numbers across its first weekend. Within a week of its release, Sky Force has managed to earn more than Rs 80 crore domestically and more than Rs 96 crore globally. On Wednesday, the film saw a slight jump in its figures. As per industry tracker Sacnilk, Sky Force earned Rs 5.96 crore in India on day six. Now, the film’s total domestic collection stands at Rs 80.75 crores.

Globally, Sky Force has Rs 96.75 crore, and its overseas collection stands at Rs 7 crore. The film’s gross India collection stands at Rs 89.75 crore. The overall occupancy for Sky Force on Wednesday was 12.14 percent, with maximum footfalls in evening and night shows. With 252 shows, Jaipur had the highest occupancy of 21.50 percent, followed by Mumbai. In Mumbai, the total occupancy for Sky Force was 20.5 percent, with 1030 shows. Pune had an occupancy of 15.5 percent with 436 shows, while Delhi NCR had an occupancy of 10 percent with 1608 shows.

Sky Force marks the big screen debut of actor Veer Pahariya. As for Akshay Kumar, all of his films in 2024 tanked at the box office. But with Sky Force having a decent run, 2025 has started on a promising note for both him and Sara Ali Khan. Directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Anil Kapur, Sky Force has been produced by Maddock Films and Jio Studios. The film also stars actress Nimrat Kaur in an important role.
