Singer Shaan buys residential property worth Rs 10 crore in Pune

Bollywood singer Shantanu Mukherjee aka Shaan recently bought a residential property in Prabhachiwadi for Rs 10 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. According to the documents, the transaction was registered in March 2025. The singer has purchased the property along with his wife Radhika Mukherjee.

Shaan has purchased a luxurious plot-plus-bungalow property that spans approximately 4,787.92 square yards. The built up area of the bungalow is around 5500 square feet.

The transaction reportedly incured a stamp duty of Rs 50 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

Shaan is a renowned Indian playback singer who has been a part of the music industry for over two decades. He has lent his voice to numerous hit songs, including “Tanha Dil”, “Woh Pehli Baar”, “Musu Musu Hasi”, “Tune Mujhe Pehchana Nahin”, “Kuch To Hua Hai”, “My Dil Goes Mmmm”, “Behti Hawa Sa Tha Woh” and “Dus Bahane”, among many others.
