Shah Rukh Khan’s superhit ‘Don’ completes nine years

Shah Rukh Khan, who stepped into the shoes of Amitabh Bachchan in the remake of his 1978 film 'Don', has completed nine years of its release on Tuesday (October 20).

The movie saw Priyanka Chopra as Roma, Boman Irani as Police D’Silva, Om Puri as Inspector Vishal Malik and Arjun Rampal as Jasjit.

The 2006 superhit action film, which also featured Priyanka Chopra, Isha Koppikar and Kareena Kapoor, entered in to the Rs 100 crore club, grossing more than Rs. 105 crores worldwide.

‘Don’ was directed by Farhan Akhtar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani.
