Shah Rukh Khan replies to a pregnant woman who wants to name her twins Pathaan, Jawan: ‘Please name them…’
Shah Rukh Khan held an AskSRK session as he completed 31 years in Bollywood, and reflected on his journey and life.

As Shah Rukh Khan completed 31 years of his Bollywood innings — the actor debuted with Deewana in 1992 — he held an impromptu AskSRK session for his fans on Sunday. The actor juggled questions about the film, his upcoming movie Jawan, handling negativity and even his smoking habit.
The actor wrote, “Wow just realised it’s 31 yrs to the day when Deewana hit the screens. It’s been quite a ride mostly a good one. Thanks all and we can do 31minutes of #AskSRK ??” Deewana starred Rishi Kapoor and the late Divya Bharti alongside SRK. In reply to a question about the film and what he will ‘never forget from Deewana’s Set’, Shah Rukh replied, “Working with Divyaji and Rajji.” He also spoke about his entry shot in the film where he was seen riding motorcycles with his friends, “Sir how do you feel when you watch this epic entry of yourself. It’s been 31 years and it still gives us chills,” the person wrote. SRK replied, “Should have worn a helmet.” The actor said his favourite part of being an actor is to “be in shoes of somebody else and giving life to their dreams.”
He also replied to a woman who wanted to name her babies Pathaan and Jawan. “Sir i am pregnant with twin babies..wish me luck i will name them pathaan and jawan ❤️,” she wrote. In reply, SRK said, “All the best but please name them something better!!”
He also answered a question about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to the US and how he was greeted with chants of Chaiyya Chaiyya, a song from Shah Rukh‘s film Dil Se. “Sir Chaiyya Chaiyya chants welcomed Modi Ji in US….What do you wanna say about this?” someone wrote. “Wish I was there to dance to it….but they wouldn’t allow a train inside I guess??!!!” the actor replied.
The actor said the proudest moment of his career is “being able to entertain lots of people lots of times. That’s it.” He also explained his priorities when someone asked him for a ‘motivational line’, “Focus hard on work….love family even harder!”
Shah Rukh is all set to deliver Jawan on September 7 this year. The film is directed by Atlee and stars him with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi. he also has Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki in the pipeline.
