Tiger 3’s box office collection has started seeing a drop after having a big opening of Rs 43 crore. The movie collected Rs 13 crore at the box office on Friday which was its sixth day of release. The weekend could prove to be pivotal for the film’s fortunes, with audience being spoiled for choice between Salman’s film and the World Cup.

Salman had several interesting moments during the meet and greet session with fans. He also shared surprise over Tiger 3’s success on the opening day, which was on a Sunday, and on the festival of Diwali. He jokingly wondered if people were watching movie or performing Diwali pooja at home. “Sunday ko release hui hai, aur Diwali ke din par aur 43 crore ka collection ho gaya hai. Mujhe aisa doubt ho raha tha ki koi ghar par family ke saath baith ke pooja paath kar raha tha ke nahi kar raha tha (The film released on Sunday, on Diwali, and did business of Rs 43 crore. I started having doubts if people are even doing their Diwali pooja with their families or not),” he said.
