Won't it be fiction if Ranveer Singh, Bollywood's most favourite energiser bunny, turns all serious and sombre? Hard to imagine, we say. But the unexpected happened on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Bajirao Mastani'. Ranveer Singh, who is famous for his over-the-top antics and histrionics, be it on the sets or off, preferred to keep to himself during the shoot of the movie. According to a report published in BollywoodLife.com, "Since his character is intense, Ranveer kept a low profile on the sets. Even when he was not facing the camera, he worked on his dialogue, and prepared for his scenes. He did that because he wanted to stay in character. This is not it. Apparently, besides being silent, he also used sign language to communicate with his staff!" [related-post] Ranveer Singh essays the role of Peshwa Bajirao, a Maratha warrior in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali magnum opus and has often been quoted as saying that the role has been his toughest. Also starring Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra as Mastani and Kashibai respectively, 'Bajirao Mastani' is slated to release on December 18.
