Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor was recently seen in the film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar opposite Shraddha Kapoor. In the movie, Ranbir portrayed the role of Mickey, whose side business involves splitting up couples. In a recent interview, Ranbir revealed if he has ever done something like that in his real life.

In an interview for Netflix, Ranbir said, “I mean I am sure that I have advised some friends who want to kind of get out of relationships in school and all. You just have to be honest if you aren’t in love with someone or if you are falling in love with somebody else. But I have not devised a plan.”

Earlier on Kareena Kapoor’s chat show What Women Want Season 4, Ranbir Kapoor had answered if he was ever a ‘makkar’ in a relationship. The actor said, “Maine kiya hua hai ye, but as you get older you realise the more honest and open you are with your partner, the relationship becomes deeper and more meaningful.”

Ranbir graced Kareena’s show to promote Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. Talking about the film in an interview with indianexpress.com, the actor said, “I think I got lucky (with Tu Jhoothi Main Makkkaar). Finally, life has come full circle that I’m a part of a true blue rom-com. I think all the rom-coms I’ve done in my career, it felt short of really feeling like a complete film.”

On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen in the film Animal opposite Rashmika Mandanna.
