Paparazzo reveals photographers are stationed outside Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor’s house for Raha’s photos at all times

With us being in the era of social media and people being obsessed with star kids, paparazzo Yogen Shah recently revealed the kind of hours and the hard work that goes behind taking photos of popular star kids. In a recent interview, Shah revealed how people were obsessed with Taimur Ali Khan after he was born and for a few years, he had to station his boys outside Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s house in Mumbai. He said the paparazzi are facing a similar situation for Raha as well. Raha is the one-year-old daughter of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.

In a conversation with Connect Cine, Shah said, “In the case of Taimur, people all over the world wanted to watch him. People wanted to see him over and over again. For this reason, I used to keep photographers stationed outside Kareena Kapoor’s house. This was for at least the first two years. He was of utmost importance. It was always like, ‘We need to have Taimur’s pictures, we can’t afford to not have it. For once, it is okay to miss someone else’s photos but not Taimur.'”

He added, “Now, it is the same with Raha Kapoor. Just this morning, for whatever reasons, my photographer was 15 minutes late. Because of this, I couldn’t have Raha’s photo. You won’t believe how terrible I felt about it. I called people I share photos with that I won’t take remuneration from you. Because I missed the photo, it felt like I had done a blunder. I felt guilty.”

In the era of paparazzi, several celebrities have also kept their kids away from cameras. Stars like Anushka Sharma, Rani Mukerji, among others have requested phtoographers to not click their kids’ photos. For the first year after Raha’s birth, Alia and Ranbir had also requested photographers to not click her. They later introduced her to the world during the Kapoors Christmas lunch in 2023.
