Phantom’s first look copy of ‘Homefront’ video game cover?

The first look of 'Phantom' appears to be similar to the cover of 2011 video game "Homefront".

The first look of Saif Ali Khan- Katrina Kaif starrer “Phantom”, which debuted on social-media today, appears to be similar to the cover of 2011 video game “Homefront”.

The poster of the film, directed by Kabir Khan, features the leading pair blindfolded with the tri-colour while the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel of Mumbai is in the backdrop. The cover of the shooter video game shows a fighter blindfolded in an identical manner.

Unveiling the first look, Kabir tweeted, “Here it is… PHANTOM first look.” The movie, which releases on August 28, is an upcoming Indian political thriller film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.

The film is slated to be about the post-26/11 attacks in Mumbai and global terrorism and is an adaptation of book “Mumbai Avengers”. However, the game was based on the story of a resistance movement fighting against a near-future foreign military occupation of the Western United States.
