Archana Puran Singh and her family stepped out for a 'best bakery' hunt in Mumbai
Archana Puran Singh and her family stepped out for a 'best bakery' hunt in MumbaiArchana Puran Singh and her family – husband Parmeet Sethi, and sons Aaryamann and Ayushmaan, are back with another interesting ‘AAAP ka Parivaar’ vlog. This time, they stepped out for a ‘best bakery’ hunt in Mumbai, to rate them as ‘Best’, ‘Bestest’, and ‘Bestum’. They tried three bakeries in the city – City Bakery, Candies, and Magnolia Bakery. Aaryamann’s fiancee Yogita Bihani was missing in the latest vlog.
In the video, the first bakery that they travelled to was City Bakery, an old iconic place in Mumbai, which is 75 years old. After eating cream roll, cupcake, lemon tart and bombelini there, the family headed towards the next famous bakery in Mumbai, called Candies. They tried the chocolate eclair, tiramisu, and banana pudding there. The third bakery in their list was Magnolia Bakery, Pali Hill. The fam ordered banana pudding, cheesecake, red velvet cupcake, and tres leches.
While praising all the tasty bakery items there, Parmeet joked, “You know that Sundance Film Festival is going on, I am an international star, I wasn’t invited, I felt bad. So, I also thought that I will sit in my bathroom and watch all the good films, and I am going to call it ‘Sundaas Film Festival’.” Archana instantly laughed and reacted, “Mujhe maaf kardijiye, maine kisse shaadi karli (Please forgive me, I can’t believe who I have married).”
Towards the end of the vlog, Archana Puran Singh went down the memory lane and visited the small and sweet branch of Candies bakery. She reminisced her dating phase with husband Parmeet Sethi, when they used to go to this bakery. “We used to buy bread from here. All these yummy things. I just thought I’ll show you our favourite bakery,” she shared. While giving the rating, all of them mutually agreed to tagging City Bakery as best, Candies as bestest, and Magnolia the bestum.
Meanwhile, in a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Parmeet opened up about their career in vlogging and revealed that the YouTube venture has been benefitting them creatively and monetarily. “If we decide to make this our full-time career, it’ll pay us at least three times more than what films and television together pay us,” he shared.
“This kind of entertainment is very personal and democratic. It’s real life — not something produced or scripted. A lot of people are gravitating towards that. I heard somewhere that 90% of people turn to YouTube for entertainment, and the remaining 10% includes all television and OTT platforms combined,” he added.
