Pankaj Tripathi, wife Mridula buy two premium apartments in Mumbai for Rs 10.85 crore
Pankaj Tripathi has purchased two premium apartments, one for Rs 9.98 crore and the other for Rs 87 lakh.

Pankaj Tripathi, along with his wife Mridula Tripathi and daughter Aashi Tripathi, has invested in two residential properties in Mumbai, with a combined value of Rs 10.85 crore, according to property registration records accessed by real estate platform Square Yards through the Maharashtra government’s official registration portal.
The primary acquisition, a spacious apartment in the upscale Seabliss Building, Andheri West, was jointly purchased by Pankaj and his daughter, Aashi, for Rs 9.98 crore. As per the documents reviewed, the property offers a RERA carpet area of 188.22 sq. m. (approximately 2,026 sq. ft.) and an additional balcony area of 32.14 sq. m. (around 346 sq. ft.). The transaction also includes three dedicated car parking spaces. In a separate transaction, wife Mridula and daughter Aashi acquired another apartment in Aashapura Heritage, located in Kandivali West, for Rs 87 lakh. This property features a RERA carpet area of 39.48 sq. m. (approximately 425 sq. ft.).
In 2019, Pankaj Tripathi moved into his sea-facing home in Mumbai’s Madh Island. Designed like a traditional village house, it features a sprawling garden filled with lush greenery, including mango and jackfruit trees. The actor often spends time here birdwatching or playing football with his daughter, finding joy and calm in the simplicity of nature. The home also has a mud chulha (traditional stove), where the family occasionally cooks meals to enjoy the earthy, authentic flavours that remind them of their roots. Pankaj once shared that he named the house Roop Katha, which means “fairy tale”. His neighbours include well-known actors Archana Puran Singh and her husband Parmeet Sethi.
Recently, in a candid revelation, Pankaj had shared that he has not signed any new film projects over the past year, choosing instead to focus on personal well-being and introspection. “No one really knows. I am saying this for the first time. I haven’t done any film for the last year, but I haven’t announced that I am taking a break. I quietly took a back seat. I went on the path of self-realisation and physical healing. That is why I look a little fit. For about 2.5–3 hours, I work out six days a week,” he told The Hollywood Reporter India. The actor also spoke about recent travels that allowed him to reconnect with his roots and explore new places. “Something that I was pushing for a long time, I finally got a chance to do it. I went back to my hometown for 15 days. I also got a chance to go abroad for a few days,” he added.
Pankaj Tripathi was last seen in Anurag Basu’s Metro In Dino, and is reportedly now filming for Mirzapur: The Film, a cinematic extension of the hit Amazon Prime Video series.
