Massive crowd turns up in Birmingham to see Kareena Kapoor Khan, actor recreates ‘Fevicol Se’: ‘It is in my blood’

On the work front, Kareena will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar’s crime drama, titled Daayra. The film features Kareena and Prithviraj in the lead roles. Kareena shared her excitement on Instagram earlier, calling it a “dream come true” to work with director Meghna Gulzar and describing the film’s narrative as “bold” and “thought-provoking.”

The film is currently in pre-production, with a screenplay co-written by Meghna Gulzar, Yash Keswani, and Sima Agarwal, and produced by Junglee Pictures — who previously backed Meghna’s Raazi and Talvar.

The film has been described as a gripping crime-drama thriller that delves into the intricate themes of crime, punishment, justice, and societal norms — exploring the grey areas rather than clear-cut binaries.
