Man pulls Sreeleela into crowd during Aashiqui 3 shoot as clueless co-star Kartik Aaryan walks on; fans demand action. Watch

Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela will be sharing screen space in Anurag Basu’s upcoming film. The actors have been shooting for the same in Gangtok and Darjeeling. Recently, a video from the Darjeeling schedule went viral where Kartik and Sreeleela were seen walking through a crowd when the actress was pulled into the mob, while her co-star Kartik Aaryan walked away, unaware of the commotion. This viral video seems to have left many internet users puzzled, while some called the incident an unfortunate one and said better security os needed.

A section of users on social media believe it’s a scene from their upcoming film. In the video, Kartik and Sreeleela were walking past a crowd when a man grabbed the actress and pulled her in. Though Kartik was walking ahead, he turned back only to realise that his film’s leading lady wasn’t right behind him. Sreeleela also looks visibly disturbed by the incident and was seen covering herself with her arm. Commenting on this viral video, a fan wrote on Instagram, “Punish those who pull Sreeleela.” Another one wrote, “This is pathetic behaviour by the crowd, poor Sreeleela is completely in shock here, hope people learn to behave in the future.” A third user commented, “Is bheed me kartik aaryan ko khud surksha ki jarurat hai (Even Kartik Aaryan needs protection in this kind of a crowd).”

On Reddit, fans have been discussing whether the entire incident is, in fact, a shooting sequence for their film. On 28th March, Kartik had shared a photo of him and Sreeleela from Siliguri in Darjeeling. He captioned the photo as, “Tu Meri Zindagi Hai.” The team also met Sikkim’s chief minister on 2nd April. With the buzz around this film, Kartik and Sreeleela are also rumored to be dating.

As of now, their film is untitled, initially, it was called Aashiqui 3. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-series, and is set to release around Diwali this year.
