Love is in the air: What Deepika-Ranveer, Ranbir-Katrina, Arjun-Sonakshi should do this Valentine’s Day

Talking of the “Ram-Leela” couple – Deepika and Ranveer – first, we love this duo. While Deepika rules the bylanes of Bollywood and youth’s hearts in equal measures, Ranveer is the ‘guru’ of cool. He defines his own style, own innuendoes and own wardrobe. After a bad breakup with another heartthrob of Bollywood, the dimpled actress found love in Ranveer again. And quite literally. Ranveer used to chase Deepika from set to set from Dubai to Dombivilli. Deepika, who still enjoys warm relations with Ranbir, can be crowned as “cupid’s favourite child”. Recently during a shoot for an ad campaign in Goa, Deepika received as much as a dozen of tender coconuts, as a token of “tender love and care” from a fan who is “nuts about” her.

So, we think Ranveer should just whisk away with his lady love to some distant, unknown land, away from the prying eyes and from these indulgent fans.

Talking about Deepika’s ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor and his current flame Katrina Kaif, they should do something. Like, really do something. For long now, the whole attention of the media hasn’t been on their careers (they haven’t done anything great as such too), but on their relationship. From “are they dating?” to “are they getting married this year?”, the debates have travelled far and across the seven continents.

So, they should really DO, in CAPS, SOMETHING. We can give the options too.

Option 1 – Admit to the relationship.
Option 2 – Get engaged.
Option 3 – Just run away to Spain again and give media some scoop AGAIN.

Now, let’s move from Deepika’s ex-beau to Ranveer’s current bro – Arjun Kapoor and his lady love, Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter Sonakshi Sinha. And hey! before you say ‘Khamosh!’, watch the AIB videos for confirmation. Arjun and Sonakshi don’t need to do anything huge to please the paparazzi, they should just admit to the relationship, because the cat’s already out of the bag. And then, they can openly go out on dates, fearlessly. We can even suggest the menu, if not the venue. ‘Avoid carbs’, Arjun and Sona, you both have weight issues.

And since this is a Ranveer-licious update, it’s time to talk of his ex-girlfriend Anushka Sharma and her current flame – Virat Kohli. We feel for this couple. Really. Virat is an integral part of the Indian Cricket Team and the team is trying its luck down under for the World Cup. They are not going to ‘give it back’. So, what can the Indian vice captain do the night before the big India Pakistan match on February 15? We suggest Anushka should just go, motivate him, give him inspirational speeches and enjoy a candle light dinner at one of the best restaurants in Adelaide. That’s it. And everything according to the conditions laid by the Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI). We surely do not want Team India to lose.

Losses, certainly, aren’t that great, especially when the loss is of love, about love. Lovebirds, though not-yet-admitted, Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur’s ‘Aashiqui’ is said to have hit troubled waters. The cute-as-a-button couple should go and vacation at some exotic locales and rekindle their romance. Shraddha can even take Aditya to Kashmir. The pretty actress is well acquainted with the “dharti ka swarg” as she has shot for ‘Haider’ there. She can even repeat some of the romantic sequences with Aditya.

The “invisible” Aditya of the Indian Film Industry – Adi Chopra – celebrates his first Valentine with wife Rani Mukerji after marriage. He, for a change, should turn the red light on (Mr India, anyone?) and ring in the day of love with pomp and show. Show your pretty face, Adi.

Last, but not the least, the “Royalty” Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor should go and holiday somewhere. While we know, there’s nothing unique about Saifeena going and holidaying, for that’s what they do almost all the year round, we mean they should try something different this time around. In the wake of political awakening that’s happening these days in India, Saifeena should go for Indian-ness, like visiting some villages, some forts and fortresses. They just might start watching Hindi movies again.

We are unsure of the relationship status of Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra, so we suggest them to make their chemistry more visible and obvious. Just go to some beach and leak some pictures, we say.

Talking about “single” stars, Shahid Kapoor should just take the mantle again and start dating AGAIN. We miss the link up rumours.

And let’s not forget one of the most burning questions of the nation, the “bhai” of all singledom – Salman Khan – and his Valentine. Will it be Iulia Vantur? And if it’s her, will we ever get to know? We wonder.
