Sidharth Malhotra was all praises for his co-star Katrina Kaif who he will be seen romancing next in Baar Baar Dekho. Apart from the fun and games, working with a more experienced co-star also gave Siddharth a chance to observe and learn many of Katrina's positive traits. "Katrina is hardworking. One positive quality that I learnt from her is that she doesn't take her position for granted. Or experience for that matter. Even if she has done 50 hit dance numbers, for every new number she will rehearse as if it's her first song. Be it a scene or anything else she gives her 100 percent. That is a great commendable quality and that is the reason she is where she is today." While this is the first time Sidharth has paired up with Katrina, the actor says there was no discomfort in breaking the ice with her. In fact, to make them more familiar with each other, director Nitya Mehra organised workshops for both to be a part of. "It was easy breaking the ice as soon as we met. As an actor specially in love stories, it's important to know your co-actor because you are pretending to fall in love and in this story we are pretending to be in love since we were eight. You needed to have that familiarity. So we did workshops before the shoot." And a novel assignment awaited the actors at the workshop. "I had to sit in front of Katrina and stare into her eyes for 15 minutes," revealed Sidharth.
