Kareena Kapoor Khan impressed everyone on the sets of Laal Singh Chaddha with a simple dialogue, Kiran Rao heaps praise in new BTS video

In a scene where Kareena opened the door and said, “Laal,” everybody on the sets started clapping, including Kiran. Kareena was also seen saying the dialogue, “Mujhe na bombay jaana hai.” Kiran said, “Kya kahe Kareena ke baare mai? kamaal ke actress hai. Roopa ban gayi thi woh. (What do I say about Kareena? She is a great actress. She had transformed into Rupa).” In one of the shots, the director told Kareena, “Rehearsal toh dekho lo (Atleast see the rehearsal),” and Kareena said, “I am ready, marna hai na? Mein dhajiya uda dugi.”

Laal Singh Chaddha tanked at the box office. The movie, directed by Advait Chandan, is an official remake of the 1994 American film Forrest Gump, which starred Tom Hanks.
